Heartfelt Creations Balmy Breeze Collection

Hello peeps!  Heartfelt Creations is  absolutely delighted to bring to you the Balmy Breeze Collection.  Old world vintage has been combined with tranquil seaside scenes (including a rustic compass, beach chair, fantastic surf, beaming lighthouses) and the Balmy Breeze paper pack, composed of a neutral color palette of peach and mint hues. This set is perfect for the crafter that loves creating vintage projects or for the stamper looking to create a project for her favorite man.

I am introducing two very different cards for the man in your life.



I stamped the Tattered Flower on a piece of the Balmy Breeze paper collection  and cut with coordinating die.

Paper:  Dark Brown, Water Color Paper
Ink: Range Jet Black Archival, Distress Tumbled Glass Viva Décor Inka Gold Old Gold, LSG Mica Lucky Shamrock Green, Tie Me Kangaroo Down Brown water color pencils, water brush
Other: Art Glitter Mystery, Quickie Glue Pen, Flocking, Pearls, Florist Wire, Hot Glue Gun, Dimensional Tape and Permanent Tape  
Directions:  Fold card base out of dark brown and layer with a piece of Balmy Breeze Paper Collection. Cut 2 pieces of dark brown ½” smaller then base spray with water and wad up repeat to get desired look un-wad and let dry. When dry cut an oval from center of one piece of dark brown leather look paper and an oval frame from the second piece of dark brown leather look paper. Stamp ducks on water color paper and color add glitter to highlight water and add flocking to cattails.  Stamp duck on scrap paper color and cut out layer the flying duck. Layer the dark brown frame over the ducks. Make three Tattered Blossom flowers using coordinating stamps and dies and paper from Balmy Breeze Collection. Rub Viva Décor Old Gold on frame and edges of Tattered Blossoms.  Stamp cattails on scrap of paper add flocking and cut out cattails attach to florist wire and position on left side of oval frame.  Attach Floral Blossoms as shown.

Paper:  Dark Brown, Ivory
Ink: Ranger Walnut Stain and Tea Dye, VersaMark Embossing Ink, Distress Markers, Viva Inka Gold Old Gold
Other: Corner Rounder, Clear Embossing Powder, CB EF Alligator Skin, Judi Kins  Rustique Tin Can, Brass Brad, Thread, and Permanent Tape  
Directions; Cut a piece of 9” x 3 ½” from dark brown dry emboss with Alligator Skin then heat emboss with Clear EP then score at 4 ½”. Round all four of the corners. From the Balmy Breeze Paper Collection cut the following from coordinating paper a piece that is 9” x 3 ½” scored at  4 ½”, round all four corners and  2 pieces that are 4 3/16” x 2” and 2 pieces 4 3/16” x 1 ½” , round the  outside lower corner of these pieces ( 2 left and 2 right). Stitch across the tops and adhere as shown to embossed brown card stock. Tape on three sides the bottom, left and right leaving the top open.  Heat emboss “Have a…” and “wonderful birthday” then cut with tag dies. Stamp and color compass then cut with circle die and stitch around the edge. Layer on pinking circle cut from Balmy Breeze Paper Collection. Attach tags with brad and compass to pinking circle with double dots. Stamp steering wheel and color then attach to snowflake. Stamp and cut anchor with coordinating die. Attach anchor and steering wheel to inside of wallet as shown. Make three gift cards and stamp the sail boat in center with tea dye ink. Stamp sentiments across the top of the gift cards.

OMG Linda, these are absolutely amazing! I love your "flying" duck and the embossed frame is gorgeous, Love the idea of using the DP for the flowers, giving a masculine look, although they are flowers. Must say though the wallet is ingenious! Love the leather-look and all the little "credit" cards! Just awesome!
